Due to the intimate nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for ANY products, unless defective. This is for health and sanitary reasons. If you wish to return a product. the product must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.
However, if you are able to supply us with enough evidence (for example filming while opening the package, or any evidence that works) - we are happy to send you a new product for replacement.
In any case you file for product return, you will receive a confirmation from us. Refund will be made within one day from the day we receive the product. Please note that we do not offer exchange.If there is an issue and your product is defective and still under warranty (30 days from being received) we can help you out.
